What “vetted” means. Five checks.
A supplier cannot apply. A member firm that has paid its invoice nominates it; Kivo runs the same five checks and prints the result.

The process
- 1Nomination.
A member firm that has paid your invoice puts you forward.
- 2Evidence.
You upload filed accounts, insurance certificates and service terms, propose a rate and declare a monthly ceiling.
- 3References.
Three member firms confirm, taken by the Desk.
- 4Stamped.
The Register panel records the five checks and issues the Stamp with its year. Your entry shows the date it renews.
- 5Re-tested yearly.
Pass again or lapse in public. Struck off if you slip, and listed for 12 months with the reason.
Three tiers. One card layout. Membership fees on application.
Rank is the material of the card, not a metal name. The membership, the Points and the Ledger belong to the firm.
